I am an experienced London-based product designer with over 25 years’ experience developing technically challenging products and devices. From concept to production, I can manage the whole design process. I use ProENGINEER / Creo and SolidWorks 3D CAD systems to design injection moulded products and devices. Highly skilled in advanced surface modelling as well as working with complex assemblies.

  • Producing component drawings – with full dimensions & tolerances.
  • Producing sub-assembly & assembly drawings
MANUFACTURE MANAGEMENT

Experience in liaising with the toolmakers and managing the tooling/ moulding process. Travelled extensively in the Far East to toolmakers in Singapore, Malaysia and China, as well as UK based ones.

  • Inspection of components
  • Communicating corrections/ improvements until components are signed off.
  • Meeting toolmakers to speed up the tooling improvement process to obtain signed-off parts more quickly.
