I am an experienced London-based product designer with over 25 years’ experience developing technically challenging products and devices. From concept to production, I can manage the whole design process. I use ProENGINEER / Creo and SolidWorks 3D CAD systems to design injection moulded products and devices. Highly skilled in advanced surface modelling as well as working with complex assemblies.

Experience in liaising with the toolmakers and managing the tooling/ moulding process. Travelled extensively in the Far East to toolmakers in Singapore, Malaysia and China, as well as UK based ones.

- Communicating corrections/ improvements until components are signed off.
- Meeting toolmakers to speed up the tooling improvement process to obtain signed-off parts more quickly.
